Answer: 
OxyContin is a synthetic opioid and will not show up on standard 5-panel drug screens. A specific type of test needs to be ordered to check for Oxy. It shows up for 2-4 days. Of course, it is always dangerous to combine different opioids, which may lead to overdose.
