Answer: According to at least one study (Needleman, et. al., J Anal Toxicol. 1996 Oct ;20) insufflated (snorted) heroin has a "similar profile of excretion of heroin metabolites to intramuscular administration". This means that snorted heroin is detectable in your urine about the same amount of time as heroin that was injected into a muscle, which is between 2 and 4 days.
