Question: What will happen if you mix Biaxon (an antibiotic)with Adderol? Someone I know took these two this morning and now his heart is racing.

Answer: There are no reported significant interactions between Biaxin (clarithromycin) and Adderall. Adderall is a mixture of amphetamines and can cause an increase in heart rate all by itself.
